Elk River Boat Works is Central Tennessee’s full-service boat and marine restoration and repair center. Led by master technician and boat doctor James Sanders, our shop specializes in fiberglass and gel coat restoration and repairs and fully refurbish boats and trailers so your rigs are fully brought back to life!

Beyond your hull’s cosmetic work and repairs, we are also experts with transom repairs, as well as servicing and maintaining your outboard. We commonly work on all outboard types and are certified technicians for Mercury, Yamaha, and Evinrude.

We also specialize in restoring and upgrading your boat’s interior. Our service also includes new transom replacements, flooring and decking, and new carpet installs. Our shop also does electrical work that includes rigging and installation – trolling motors, marine electronics and completing all networking, transducers, batteries, marine radios, and all accessories – for better enjoyment on the water.

Located along Interstate-24 in Manchester, Tennessee, we are 1 hour from Nashville, and 1 hour from Chattanooga.
